JH Girls Top Cornerstone

The Lakewood Park Lady Panthers seventh grade basketball team defeated the visiting Cornerstone Warriors Junior High team, 48 to 22. Taylor Gerke led all scorers with 20 points, including a basket behind the three-point arch. Chloe Jolloff added 12, Samantha Hartz eight, Haley Kruse six, and Dani Lesser two in the balanced attack. The Panthers host the Ft. Wayne Hawks, 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 31.
