Girls Varsity Soccer vs. Elkhart Christian

The Lakewood Park Panther Girls Varsity Soccer team fell to Elkhart Christian Academy in action at Elkhart Christian on August 16, with a final score of 2-3. Junior Aubrey Jester scored first for the Panthers with a nice assist from Senior Kayla Tatman. Senior Alessandra Haraguchi scored the Panthers’ second goal unassisted. Sophomore Goalie Millie Linnemeier stopped 11 of the 14 shots on goal behind a defense that played well in the first game of the season. The Lady Panthers are back in action on Monday, August 22 at 5:30pm at home against Heritage High School.
