Varsity Baseball Falls In Season Opener

The Panthers fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 14-0 loss to Fairview on Monday. Fairview took the lead on a wild pitch in the first inning. Fairview captured the lead in the first inning. A wild pitch by Harrison Roberts scored one run for Fairview.  A double by Roberts in the first inning was a positive for Panthers. Roberts went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead Panthers in hits. Despite the score, the Panther defense was solid, only making one error on the game.
