LPCS Athletics Hall of Fame class of 2020

Lakewood Park Christian School is inducting 3 members into the LPCS Athletics Hall of Fame in 2020. The LPCS Athletics Hall of Fame is voted on by a committee made up of current staff, alumni and former coaches/players. This years class includes:

  1. Paul Rose- Paul helped start the athletics program at LPCS, which was formerly known as Faith Christian School. During his 10 years as athletic director, Paul helped coach teams towards 5 state championships in the Christian school division (before LPCS joined the IHSAA).
  2. Bruce Smith- Bruce is the all time leading scorer in boys basketball history at LPCS. He scored over 1900 during his time in the program. This accomplishment gave him the opportunity to go on to play at Indiana Wesleyan University.
  3. Autumn Brooke- Autumn is the first girls basketball player in program history to score over 1000 points during her career. She also remains the only girls basketball player in LPCS history to achieve the 1000 point mark.

The Hall of Fame started in 2019 with 3 inductees and this years class brings the total to 6 members officially inducted.
