Boys Basketball

The Boys started off the season strong with a 3-0 record with wins against 2 of the 6 sectional opponents. The next 6 games were not in their favor. This winter was a rough one and caused many practices for that month to be canceled. Once the weather picked up and practices were more consistent their win column started to get bigger. They went 3-1 against the rest of their sectional opponents only losing to Blackhawk in a grit and grind game where they fought hard, but props to Blackhawk and the amazing talent the posses. They ended the season with a 7-16 record which does not show their full talent and potential. With more than enough injuries for two teams the team also struggled with some consistency in their line-ups. Freshmen stepped up into big roles, Sophomores understood their roles, Juniors took on leadership mentalities, and Seniors captained the whole crew.
