Spring Sports Registration Is Open!

Registration for spring sports is now open!!! You must register your child by completing two online forms and then making payment of the sports fee and any related charges. Although these forms may be tedious to complete, they contain vital information and replace approximately 12 pages of printed forms. Please take your time and provide as thorough and accurate information as possible.

The online forms are:

1. Registration Form (If your child played basketball this winter, you do not have to complete this form again.)
2. Certification, Consent, and Acknowledgement Form (Every family must complete this form for every player every season.)
