Middle School Cross Country

Coach Gary Moughler can’t wait to begin his second season as our Middle School Cross Country season. Among the reasons Coach Moughler is looking forward to this fall is the fact that Lakewood Park will host our first home cross country meet this season and that the team is expanded this year to allow runners from 5th through 8th Grade.

Practices will begin on Monday, August 15 and run Monday through Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm. Runners should change in the locker room and report to Mr. Moughler’s science room by 3:30pm to prepare for practice.
