JH Volleyball vs. Fremont

The Lakewood Park 8th Grade Volleyball Team turned the ship around today as they fought back from their worst defeat on Monday to defeat Fremont Middle School on Tuesday, by the score of 11-25, 25-13, 15-6. The Lady Panthers were led by a combination of solid offense provided by Peyton Lyons with 6 kills, Madison Miller with 6 kills, and Vanessa Lehman with 7 kills.

The Lakewood Park 7th Grade Volleyball Team continued to dominate the opposition on Tuesday by defeating Fremont by a score of 25-10, 25-9. This was the third consecutive game for the Lady Panthers where they held their opponents to less than 20 points. Haley Kruse continued her tough play with consistent service and an aggressive attack. Ashley and Aubrey Zak stepped up with outstanding offensive games. The defense was once again controlled by Megan “Mega” Knox as she scooped up all the attacks and serves sent her way!
