Lakewood Park Panthers Claims Win Over Bluffton

Lakewood Park Panthers ran off with the lead late in the game in an 8-5 victory over Bluffton on Friday. The game was tied at five with Lakewood Park Panthers batting in the top of the seventh when Cassidy Randol singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.
Bluffton scored four runs in the third inning, but Lakewood Park Panthers still managed to pull out the victory. Bluffton scored its runs on a double by Onuegbu.
Bluffton got things moving in the second inning. Bluffton scored one run when Wenger singled.
Maddy Lipscomb led the Lakewood Park Panthers to victory on the pitcher’s mound. She allowed one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out five and walking zero.
